My understanding is that if you keep a balance on the card, the minimum amount they will charge you in interest is $1 (so if you only carry a $1 balance, you will still be charged $1 minimum each month). Might be worth a call to Chase to clarify though.

I am not a card holder yet, but I read that there was a $1 min finance charge. Is that if I don't use the card?

You can use your Disney Reward dollars towards any part of the package price, as long as it was booked through Disney directly or your Travel Agent books it directly through Disney (99% of Disney Cruises are).

If we use the points for a Disney Cruise or vacation package, airfare included, will the points apply to the whole package, or just the Disney portion, not the airline?

Unfortunately, no. The rewards can be used at any Disney theme park, the Disney Cruise, disneyshopping.com, etc. You can also order "checks" that can be used at movie theaters, but not for Broadway shows. Sorry!

We are travelling to New York City in June. Are we able to use our Disney reward points for a Disney Broadway show?

@Joe - Your reward dollars are not automatically used, you have to request a Rewards Card from Chase, and provide that card number to Disney or your Travel Agent in order for you to use those reward dollars. The rewards are good forever, as long as they have not been transfered to your Rewards Card. Once transfered, they expire when the card does, which is usually the end of the year after you receive the card. There will be an expiration date on the card.

@Matt - You are limited to $750 per year, there is no overall limit. So, I guess you could continue to earn $750 per year for as long as you want.

@Janet - There are two ways, either by accessing your account at Chase.com/Disney or by calling the 800 number on the back of your Disney VISA. I would strongly suggest setting up an online account if you have not done so already, as you can check your balance there, order a rewards card and transfer rewards to the card when needed.

It says you can earn 750$ in one year. Can you earn another 750 the secon year? If not, how do you get arround it? transfer some onto a card? Or maybe use the first 750 for the reservation then earn more to pay the balance of the reservation. Thanks alot!!!!

If I get a card and you say I get a point for every 100 dollars I spend. So if I have 525 points and my reservation at Pop Century is $1500 does the 525 go toward the reservation so my final payment would be $975.00? Also if the points go on Jan 1st 2007, how long do they stay good to use? In other words when do they expire when the time they are placed on the Reward card? What is the maxinum that you can accumalate on your credit for points to your Reward card? Thanks Joe Kosin
